So the sun finally decided to show it's face around here. We went from the 40's and overcast to upper 70's and sunburn--but, it's all good. The Moo has been pretty much outside from sun up to sun down...and occasionally her sibs join her. I have to confess that I get quite the kick from seeing her covered in dirt from head to toe everyday (several times a day). The child has definitely inherited her grandmother's (both of them) gardening genes.
G1 decided that she wanted to grow some vegetables this year so I gave her two pots to use and set her to work. I think it speaks volumes towards her *ahem* leadership skills that within 15 minutes she had both of her siblings doing the digging, rock sifting, and dirt transport for her. They both ended up very dusty...G1 ended up with a smudge on her nose. ;D
I'm not sure what induced the Moo to climb into the half full pot, but I was alerted to the photo op by the frustrated rantings of her older sister. G1 was unimpressed that I chose to take pictures rather than remove her sister immediately from the pot. LOL
While I was out...I took a few more.
The smudge. Can you see it?

G2 decided he wanted in on the act...

G2 doing what he does best...making noise on whatever surface is available.

My sweet boy.
